My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to shopping areas and restaurants. However, the rooms were not up to standard due to cleanliness issues and a musty smell. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some hiccups with understanding certain needs. The dining experience lacked variety in the food options. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money was reasonable considering the location.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Pratunam Market with friendly staff willing to serve guests with a smile. However, the rooms require navigating flights of stairs, have very old air conditioning, and may pose entry issues. The location near railway tracks and a back alley offers no view.
